If you experience any of the following issues, you may need to remove and re-install your printer device: “Printer settings not supported” message, partial coupon print, weird symbol output, enlarged coupon print, or coupon print appears in printer queue but will not print out.
Follow these steps to remove your printer device:

Navigate to your installed printers.

Windows 8 Instructions:
- Click the yellow folder
on your desktop
- Click Computer.
- Click Open Control Panel.
Tip: If you don't see Open Control Panel hold down the ctrl key and hit the F1 key.
- Click View devices and printers.

Windows Vista & Windows 7 Instructions:
- Click the Windows icon
on your desktop.
- Click Devices and Printers.

Windows XP Instructions:
- Click the Start button on your desktop.
- Click Control Panel.
- Click Printers & Other Hardware.

Right click on your default printer and select Remove device.

Select Yes in order to remove your printer device.

Follow these steps to re-install your printer device:

Under Devices and Printers, click Add a printer.

Select the type of printer you want to install. You may be asked if it is a local printer, wireless, or network printer.
- A local printer will be physically connected to your computer via USB cable.
- A wireless printer will not have a cable connection to your computer.
- A network printer can be wired or wireless and shared across multiple computers.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Set your printer as default and click Finish.
