Our coupons can be printed in black and white; most color printers will have a gray scale or black printing option. You will need to set this option through your printer software.

Navigate to your installed printers.

Windows 8 Instructions:
- Click the yellow folder
 on your desktop
- Click Computer.
- Click Open Control Panel.
Tip: If you don't see Open Control Panel hold down the ctrl key and hit the F1 key.
- Click View devices and printers.

Windows Vista & Windows 7 Instructions:
- Click the Windows icon
 on your desktop.
- Click Devices and Printers.

Windows XP Instructions:
- Click the Start button on your desktop.
- Click Control Panel.
- Click Printers & Other Hardware.

Right click on your printer and select Printer Properties. If you do not see this select Properties

Click the Advanced tab, and then click the Printing Defaults button.

Click the Advanced tab, check the box for the Black/Grayscale and click Apply. Click Ok to close the printer window.

Note: These exact steps may not apply to all printer makes and models; this setting is usually under Advanced or Printing Defaults. You may need to check with the printer company if you are unable to locate this setting. |

Please go back to the website and try printing a new coupon. The coupon should print in black and white.

If this document helped you set the printer to grayscale printing; however coupons still print in color, while other documents print in grayscale, remove and reinstall the Coupon Printer.
