How do I set up my default printer to print coupons in Windows?

Follow the instructions below to set up a default printer on the Windows operating system.

Navigate to your installed printers.


Windows 8.1 and 10 Instructions:
  • Click the yellow folder “ title=” on your desktop
  • Click Computer.
  • Click Open Control Panel.
    Tip: If you don't see Open Control Panel hold down the ctrl key and hit the F1 key.
  • Click View devices and printers.

Windows Vista & Windows 7 Instructions:
  • Click the Windows icon “ title=” on your desktop.
  • Click Devices and Printers.

Windows XP Instructions:
  • Click the Start button on your desktop.
  • Click Control Panel.
  • Click Printers & Other Hardware.

Set your default printer.

  • Right click on the printer you want to print with and select Set as Default Printer. You can not print to a fax or PDF printer.

The default printer should have a check mark notation.

  • Right click on your default printer and select Printer Properties
  • On the Advanced Tab, make sure Keep printed documents is NOT checked.

  • Paper or Output is set to 1 count.

Go to Coupons.com to clip and print your favorite offers.
