If you are experiencing issues with log in, unable to clip a coupon, or the print button is non-responsive, you may have all cookies blocked or JavaScript disabled.

Verify Cookies are not blocked:
- Click Safari on the menu and select Preferences.
- In the Preferences window select the Privacy tab.
- In the Block cookies section, select From third parties and advertisers.

Note: If Block all cookies is set to Always, you may not be able to login to a website or view complete content. |

- Click the x to close the window.
- Reload the current page of the web browser to refresh the page.
- If you made changes to cookies, go back to the website to see if the problem is resolved.

Verify JavaScript is enabled:
- Click Safari on the menu and select Preferences.
- In the Preferences window select the Security tab.
- In the Security tab section Web content mark the Enable JavaScript check box.
- Click the x to close the window.
- Reload the current page of the web browser to refresh the page.
- If you made changes to the JavaScript setting, go back to the website to see if the problem is resolved.

If steps 1 and 2 did not resolve the issue, try resetting your browser.
