Please view the information below to help you find the setting you need to change.
a) Duplex Printing:
If your coupons are printing on both sides of the paper:
Look for ‘2 sided printing' or 'Duplex Printing' and set this to 'off’

b) Orientation:
Make sure the ‘Orientation' setting is 'Portrait' and the 'Paper Size' is 'Letter’

c) Wrong tray:
Look for a ‘Source' setting where you see a tray or cassette selection. Set the tray you want to use or select 'Auto tray select’ if available.

d) Grayscale
If you'd like to print in Grayscale, check the appropriate box for Grayscale printing.

e) Barcodes:
- If the barcodes on your coupons are printing blurry, look for a ‘Maintenance' tab in the 'Printer Properties' or 'Printing Defaults’ window.
- If you have a ‘Nozzle Check' and/or 'Head Cleaning’ option run them.
- If the barcodes on your coupons are NOT printing at all or they appear faded. Check your black ink levels
