Open the Coupons.com app.

Select Grocery on the bottom menu bar, then select Loyalty Card, and tap on Add to Card for the coupon you want to add to your store loyalty card.

The coupon will show an ADDED TO CARD status if it was added successfully.

If you want to view which coupons have been added to your card, click What's On My Card

You should see the coupons displayed.
