Open the Coupons.com app.

Select Grocery on the bottom menu bar, then select Loyalty Card.

Select a coupon by tapping on Add to Card for that offer. Select Add Card if you see this next screen.

Select your store from the list.

Enter the card number and select Add Card to finish.
