If you printed a coupon and the print job reached the print queue but disappeared and never printed, please follow the checklist below:

4. If the issue continues, uninstall and re-install the coupon printer. Go back to www.coupons.com to print again any coupon to test.
5. If step 4 didn’t resolve the issue, uninstall and re-install your printer driver. It’s possible that you may also need the latest printer driver software update. Please visit your printer manufacturer website to get the latest software.
