Please follow the instructions below on how to take a screenshot of a site or error page on Windows:
For Windows 8, please do the following steps:
1. Set up the screen as whatever you want to take a screenshot of.
2. Hold down the Windows Key 
and Print Screen or PrtSc.
3. You’ll find a new screenshot in the Pictures folder in your Library.
For Windows 7/Vista/XP, please do the following steps:
1. With the image on screen that you want to capture; tap the Print Screen or PrtScn key.

2. Click the Start button or the blue Windows icon on your desktop.
3. Click All Programs, then Accessories, then Paint.
4. Click the Paste icon in Paint, your screen image should appear.
5. Hold down the Ctrl key and hit the s key or click the icon that looks like a floppy disk, the Save As dialog box should appear.
6. For File Name give the file any name you wish.
7. For Save as type select either PNG or JPEG.
8. Click Desktop on the left side.
9. Click the Save button.
