If you are experiencing issues with log in, unable to clip a coupon, or the print button is non-responsive, you may have all cookies blocked or JavaScript disabled.
- Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Click Privacy.
- Under History, click the drop down and select the option Use custom settings for history.
- Select Accept cookies from site.
- Click OK.
- If you made changes to cookies, go back to the website to see if the problem is resolved.
- Go to the Firefox drop-down menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Select the Content icon/tab at the top on the window.
- Then, check the Enable JavaScript check box.
- Close the Options window to save your changes.
- Refresh your browser.
- If you made changes to the JavaScript setting, go back to the website to see if the problem is resolved.
