If you are experiencing issues with log in, unable to clip a coupon, or the print button is non-responsive, you may have all cookies blocked or JavaScript disabled.

Verify Cookies are not blocked:
- Click Tools on the menu bar.

Note: If your Firefox menu is hidden, click the ALT key to make it visible . |

- Select Options and click Privacy.
- Under History, select Remember history or Use custom settings for history and Accept cookies from sites.
- Click OK to save your changes.
- If you made changes to cookies, go back to the website to see if the problem is resolved.

Verify JavaScript is enabled:
- To enable JavaScript, type about:config in the address bar and press Enter.
- Click I’ll be careful, I promise if a warning message appears.
- In the search box, search for javascript.enabled
- If the current value is showing as False, double click on javascript.enabled to change the value from False to True.
- If you made changes to the JavaScript setting, go back to the website to see if the problem is resolved.

If steps 1 and 2 did not resolve the issue, try resetting your browser.
