- Click the overflow menu in the upper right corner .
- Click Settings and Show advance settings
- Under Privacy, select clear browsing data.
- Select from the dropdown how far you wish to clear your data.
- Check Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site and plug-in data, and Cached images and files.
- Click the Clear browsing data button.
- Close the window once the cache is cleared.
- Exit Chrome.
- Open Chrome and return to the coupon website where you experienced the problem to see if this resolved the issue.
