Please follow the steps below to turn off the web socket service.

Windows 7 instructions:
1. Click the Windows icon 
on your desktop.
2. Under Search Programs and Files field, type in Services.
3. Type in Services.
4. Double-click on the result.
5. Select the Coupon Printer Service and click Stop.
6. Double-click on the Coupon Printer Service
7. Change the Startup type field from Automatic to Manual.
8. Click Apply and OK.
9. Close the Services window when finish.
10. Go back to www.coupons.com and print any coupon to test.
