Please follow the steps below to turn off the web socket service.

Windows Vista instructions:
1. Click on the Start button or the Windows icon 
2. Click on Control Panel and select System and Maintenance.
3. On the System And Maintenance page, click Administrative Tools.
4. From the Administrative Tools page, double-click on the Services option.
5. Locate the Coupon Printer Service and click Stop.
6. Double-click on the Coupon Printer Service.
7. Change the Startup type field from Automatic to Manual.
8. Click Apply and OK.
9. Close the Services window when finish.
10. Go back to www.coupons.com and print any coupon to test.
