Please follow the steps below to turn off the web socket service.

Windows XP instructions:
1. Click on the Start button.
2. Then click on Control Panel.
3. In Control Panel, click on Administrative Tools.
4. In Administrative Tools, open the Services icon.
5. Locate the Coupon Printer Service to modify.

6. Double-click on the Coupon Printer Service.
7. Change the Startup type field from Automatic to Manual.
8. Click Apply and OK.
9. Close the Services window when finish.
10. Go back to www.coupons.com and print any coupon to test.
