Please follow the steps below to turn off the web socket service.

Windows 8 instructions:
1. Select Desktop tile from the Windows 8 tile settings.
2. Select the 
yellow folder icon.
3. Go to This PC and select Local Disk(C:)
4. Under search field, search for Local Services.
5. Double click the result.
Note: You should see your windows username in the path.
6. Select the Coupon Printer Services and click Stop the service.
7. Double-click on the Coupon Printer Service
8. Change the Startup type field from Automatic to Manual.
9. Click Apply and OK.
10. Close the Services window when finish.
11. Go back to www.coupons.com and print any coupon to test.
