- Click the Chrome menu.
- Click Clear Browsing Data.
- For Obliterate the following items from: then select one of the following: “the past week” or “beginning of time”
- Select Clear browsing history, Empty the cache, Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data.
- Click the Clear Browsing Data button.
- Click the Chrome menu and click Quit Google Chrome.
- Open Chrome and return to the coupon website where you experienced the problem to see if this resolved the issue.
