3. Can I print from an Android tablet?

Unfortunately, no. We only support printing from Android phones at this time. We expect to support printing from Android tablets in the future.

4.Why does the app need to send a text message to validate my Android phone?

This is a one-time process that we use to verify your device. It is important to us that we serve the highest quality coupons anywhere and as part of that we need to take certain steps to ensure that all prints are accurately accounted for.

5. Why do I have to print grocery coupons as opposed to having them scanned from my phone at the store?

This is basically the lay of the land right now‹all manufacturer coupons must be printed. Currently, consumer packaged goods companies and grocery retailers prefer to use coupons in printed form for security reasons. Since they are the ones who originate and redeem the offers, we must distribute the coupons and ask you to print them according to the guidelines and rules they set forth. Of course, we hope (and believe) that this will change in the future and that digital coupons will be scannable at some point.

6. Can I print coupons from your web site?

Absolutely! Visit us from your desktop web browser at www.coupons.com. Please note that you won't be able to print coupons from the web site directly from your phone, that is only possible through the mobile apps.

7. Why can't I see my printer in the app?

The most common reason printers don't appear in the app is that they are on a different WiFi network then your device or are configured to print via. USB cable, not WiFi. Try the following to fix the problem:

  1. Start by checking that your printer is connected over WiFi. The printer should NOT be connected via a USB cable (wired). You can check this by going to your computer's Settings or Preferences area and checking to see if your printer is configured as a Wireless or USB printer. Most printers today support both printing over WiFi or USB, so if you're not using WiFi already, switching to WiFi printing should resolve your problem.
  2. Once you've verified that your printer is setup to print over WiFi, make sure your printer is connected to the same wireless network as your mobile device
  3. Proceed to the Grocery section of the app and tap the View Clipped button
  4. Then tap Print and the app will begin searching for available printers
  5. Your printer should now appear
  6. Tap the printer to select it and printing will begin

10. Do you support all brands of printers?

We support many models from most major brands (unfortunately because of the number of models each manufacturer produces and differences in the software for each we can't guarantee that every printer from a given manufacturer is in-fact supported). Manufacturers we support:

11. Why did I get a "print limit reached" message?

Manufacturers typically assign individual print limits to their offers to make sure everyone gets a chance to print their coupons. Most coupons have a print limit of 1-2 prints. Anytime you tap the print button in the app our system tracks it, however this tracking occurs even if the printer fails to print the coupon successfully. Our systems can only track that a print was requested, so if for example you attempted to print a coupon from your mobile device, but leave the screen before all coupons completed printing, some of your coupons may fail to print, but our system will still think you've used your allotted prints. We apologize for this inconvenience and advise all customers to remain on the printing screen of the app until all coupons have completed printing.

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to reset print limits for individual users, but you can visit coupons.com or any of our mobile apps and look for a similar coupon or choose from the many coupons we have available for you to print.

If you are sure that you have never attempted to print a coupon before and are still getting the "print limit reached" message, there may be a problem. If this is the case please contact us.

13. I can't print from my phone, is there another way to get my coupons?

If you don't have a compatible wireless printer you CAN still get your grocery coupons:

In the Grocery section of the app, tap the "View Clipped" button and then select the Email link. Enter your email address on the page and we'll forward you an email with a link to your clipped coupons. Just open this link on your desktop or laptop computer and you'll be able to print the clipped coupons directly from there. Please note: if this is the first time you've used our site to print coupons you will need to install a print toolbar to be able to print from your desktop. Unfortunately, the coupons you've clipped within the app and emailed to yourself will not carry over if you haven't already used our site on your computer, but after the first time using the site they will transfer correctly.

Opening the email link on your mobile phone will NOT work. The email we send you with the clipped coupons will only work on a desktop or laptop.

14. How do I add a store loyalty card to my account?

In the Grocery section of the app, tap on the "Loyalty Card" button at the top. Clip a coupon and you will be prompted to either register for a new account with Coupons.com or sign into your existing account. After doing that you'll be able to add your store loyalty card. You can also always add or modify your loyalty card from the Settings section of the app which is available from the Featured screen.

15. Can I scan coupons directly from my phone?

You can scan coupons for many clothing and specialty retailers directly from the app. This can be done by viewing the image of the coupon in the app and showing it to the cashier for scanning or by adding the offer to your Apple Passbook or Samsung Wallet account.

Unfortunately most grocery coupons cannot be scanned at this time and must be printed. This is due to a variety of external factors including requirements from manufacturers and differences in the scanners at supermarket chains. We're actively working to bring our customers a full suite of digital products that don't require printing. As our manufacturer and retail partners implement new programs, we'll increasingly be able to offer non-printing alternatives.

16. What is a Card Linked Offer? How does it work?

Card Link Offers are a great way to save on purchases you make with your credit or debit cards. The service is safe, secure and seamless. Here is how you get signed up:

  1. Tap on any ³Add to Credit Card² offer on the Featured screen or visit the Shopping section of the app, tap on the Card Linked button at the top of the screen and then tap on any available offer.
  2. You¹ll be prompted to sign into your Coupons.com account or to register for one. As part of the sign up process you¹ll be able to register any Visa, MasterCard, American Express card, or debit card.
  3. From the Featured screen or the Shopping screen tap on any Card Linked Offer to load the offer to your registered card.
